- Digital Transactions: Once a transaction (such as BBPS,recharge,etc) is successfully processed, it cannot be canceled or reversed due to the real-time nature of the service.
- Scheduled Transactions: If a service has been scheduled for a future date and time, users may request cancellation up to 1 hour before execution, subject to technical feasibility.
- Wallet Top-up or Load Money: Wallet top-ups cannot be canceled once the transaction is successful and the balance is credited to your wallet.
2. Refund Policy
- Failed Transactions: In the case of failed transactions (due to server errors, timeouts, or processing issues), the debited amount, if any, will be automatically refunded to the user’s wallet or source account within 5–7 working days.
- Double Deduction: If a user is charged twice for the same transaction, the duplicate amount will be refunded after verification within 7 working days.
- Service Not Delivered: If a transaction is successful but the service (such as bill payment or recharge) is not delivered, TPIPAY will investigate the issue and initiate a refund if found valid.
- Disputed Transactions: Refunds for disputed transactions are subject to review and approval by our grievance redressal team. Users must report such issues within 48 hours of the transaction.
3. How to Request a Refund
You can raise a complaint or refund request directly from the TPIPAY application:

Select the relevant transaction

Choose Raise a Complaint and enter the required details
Our support team will respond within 24-72 hrs.
4. Exceptions
- No refund will be processed for transactions initiated by the user where incorrect details (such as account number, biller ID, phone number, etc.) were entered.
- Refunds will not be issued for any intended usage errors or unauthorized usage of the account unless proven to be a technical fault.
5. Modification of Policy
